Captain Dibya Shankar Mishra, a former minister of state for the home and a Junagarh MLA who was embroiled in controversy over the high-profile murder of Mamita Meher, a female teacher, has made headlines once more.
It is important to note that Mishra became embroiled in controversy when news of the brutal murder of Mamita Meher, a teacher at Sunshine Public School in Mahaling, Kalahandi district, broke.
